When possible we use your company’s brochure and literature along with our training material. Adults learn best when there is a clear connection between learning and the workplace. For this reason we often use role-plays and simulations designed to develop essential language skills and help learners apply learning to their workplace. We recognize different learning styles and select various types of materials to suit many different learners.
Evaluation and assessment make up an important part of our training approach. That is why we have developed a training framework that acts as a step-by-step guide. This process starts with the needs analysis through to the final evaluation – which takes place 6 months after the end of the training program. This framework is a guarantee that your investment in training has produced targeted results.
