Confidentiality

All work is translated in-house by English native language experts. This ensures total confidentiality, quality control and reasonable pricing for all work submitted to VIBE.

Fees

Our fees are based on the amount of text in the source version. The basis for the calculation is the 55-character line, spaces included (a number of consecutive spaces count as a single character).

What we offer is not just lines of text, but indeed a comprehensive service! This includes:

• Translation
• Revision
• Recording modifications and final control
• Layout of target text in line with that of the source text (for this reason no PDF files will be accepted)
• Integration of possible client input
• Special jobs

Orders that cannot be invoiced on a text volume basis are invoiced on an hourly fee specified in advance (proofreading, editing, authoring, drafting)

Quotations and evaluations

All quotations are free of charge and are valid for 1 month.

Preferential rates

Regular orders and collaboration contracts receive special rates.

Complaints

Complaints will be addressed up to 15 days from the date of delivery. Any claim beyond the invoice price is prohibited.
